📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by STYKKIST INC through our website https://stykkist.in.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services based on the stage of service engagement. Cancellation terms vary based on the nature of service (e.g., staffing projects, consultation contracts, subscription-based services).

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to contact@stykkist.com.
  • For one-time services: Cancellation is allowed only before project kickoff or candidate screening.
  • For recurring/subscription services: A 7-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle is required.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management discretion based on the following:

  • Service not delivered due to company fault
  • Duplicate payment
  • Disputes raised within 7 business days of invoice

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Services already rendered or initiated
  • Client dissatisfaction due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Refund requests beyond the eligible timeframe

4. Stripe Payment Disputes

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future services and report the incident to payment networks.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please include:

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
